Dr. Aditi Nerurkar is a Harvard physician with expertise in the science of stress, resilience, burnout and mental health. She is a lecturer at Harvard Medical School in the Division of Global Health & Social Medicine and serves as the Co-Director of the Harvard Clinical Clerkship in Community Engagement. Her work has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, and Oprah Magazine. Her published research can be found in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). Tom Livergood founded The Family Wealth Alliance in 2003 and later created a sister company called Bespoke: The Private Family Advocate. Tom grew up in a third-generation family business in Central Illinois that was sold while he was in college in the 1970s. After that, he simply grew up in this business - first as a financial planner in the 1980s with CIGNA, then as a private banker with the Harris Bank of Chicago in the 1990s. In the early part of the 2000s, Tom was a Director at Family Office Exchange, charged with starting their MFO community.
Named three times by Worth magazine as one of the Top 300 Financial Advisors in North America, he has held many volunteer positions, including being a founding national director of the 30,000-member Financial Planning Association at the time of its merger in the year 2000. Tom also held the CFP® certification from 1995 through 2008.
Tom and his organizations have been recognized as innovative leaders in the family wealth space. He has spoken at numerous gatherings throughout North America - including three times at Schwab’s IMPACT, as well as in London and Hong Kong. Prior to Callan Family Office, Jack served as president at Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s ultra-high-net-worth business, where he oversaw the merger of legacy family office businesses, which ultimately accounted for more than $50 billion in assets under management. He also served as interim head of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo in 2021.
In 2008, Jack joined Calibre, Wachovia’s ultra-high-net-worth management business and a predecessor bank of Wells Fargo, where he served as the regional managing director in Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he worked as the city executive for U.S. Trust in Philadelphia.
Jack graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He serves as vice chair of the board of directors for the Zoological Society of Philadelphia and was previously an executive advisor to the Wells Fargo Women’s Team Member Network.

Prior to joining PwC, Danielle worked for two large global asset managers, gaining extensive industry experience in Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer roles. She also spent over 10 years as an auditor in the financial services sector.
Danielle graduated summa cum laude from Augustana College and has attended Northwestern Kellogg Family Business Advanced Education Program. She is a licensed CPA and an Elijah Watt Sells Award recipient.

Prior to founding Doyenne Wealth Advisors, Ms. Allvine spent 25 years at another registered investment advisor in Chicago where she became the first woman and youngest equity owner.
Ms. Allvine received an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, she co-authored a financial planning book for young couples entitled The Family CFO (Rodale 2004). She has written financial planning articles for several national publications and been quoted in the national media.
Personally, Ms. Allvine calls Atlanta home, where she and her husband, Doug, are almost empty nesters. Ms. Allvine sits on the executive board for The Merian Ensemble, a chamber group devoted to performing and commissioning works by women composers. She also serves emeritus trustee for the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta while leading the Princeton Women’s Network in Atlanta. In her free time, she can be found competing in triathlons and trying to refresh rusty piano skills.

Prior to joining Westwood in 2024, Suzy served as Director, Family Office at Baker Tilly, where she helped launch the family office practice and was responsible for managing ultra-high net worth client relationships by supporting and managing multidisciplinary teams and projects to serve client needs around family office services. From 2004 to 2022, Suzy was a managing director and senior relationship manager with CIBC Private Wealth in Dallas and Austin. Additional prior roles include Assistant Director, Principal Gifts at Stanford University; investment advisor in Private Wealth Management for Morgan Stanley; and financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Suzy has an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University. She also holds a certificate in Applied Compassion Training from Stanford CCARE and a certificate in Functional Medicine Coaching. Prior to joining the firm, Summer spent two and a half years at Cetera Financial Group focusing on talent development, organizational design, and change management. She also worked as an HR Director for IMT Residential and held various HR roles at Nestle. He represents companies that include single family offices, multi-family office groups, fee-based Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and investment management firms. Although Spidel Burnfin is based in the Midwest, the firm serves clients nationwide. Tim is an active member of IRSA (International Retained Search Association), The Family Wealth Alliance, and the UHNW Institute and is a regular attendee at the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.
Tim grew up in the small town of Kendallville, Indiana before attending Indiana University, where he graduated with a degree in Health Administration. After spending some wonderful years living in Nashville and Chicago, Tim and his family moved to the Indianapolis area. Tim, his wife, and their three children currently reside in Carmel, IN with their dog, Theo.
When he isn’t recruiting, you’ll find him volunteering with the wonderful Indianapolis-based charity Dayspring Center, seeing live music, supporting his Chicago Cubs and Bears teams, and spending time with family. Tim is also an aficionado when it comes to 80s music (particularly the "hair bands")!
