Asher is a Director in the Wealth Management practice, specializing in research and consulting related to high-net-worth investors and advisory firms, including multi-family offices, RIAs, broker dealers, private banks, and trust companies. As the co-head of Cerulli’s wealth management practice, Asher leads a team of analysts dedicated to developing data and insights to support Cerulli’s published research and consulting business. In his role, Asher is also responsible for leading various strategic consulting engagements, focusing on key areas including growth strategies, practice management, service expansion, M&A due diligence, product development, and distribution strategies.
Prior to joining Cerulli, Asher worked as an Investment Analyst at a Boston-based multi-family office, where he conducted fund due diligence and portfolio analysis for high-net-worth investors. Asher graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Private Banking and Wealth Management.

The first book, Raised Healthy, Wealthy & Wise (2014), focuses on helping parents to raise grounded children amid wealth, the second, Aged Healthy, Wealthy & Wise (2017), centers on how to design a vibrant later life and legacy, and the third, Engaged Healthy, Wealthy & Wise (2023), offers a roadmap for inheritors and their significant others on how to navigate love and family wealth and forge their own joint path.
After 25 years in the wealth advising industry, Covie now splits her time between her two professional callings, devoting the beginning of each week to helping clients, families, and advisors implement the strategies in her books, and the remainder to running the shop she founded featuring her original floral designs based on her garden. Covie has found that having both endeavors in her life allows her to connect to clients – especially founders, dreamers, and creatives – on a deeper level. Alexys Febonio is a Wealth Planner and the Associate Director of The Ballentine Partners Center for Family Well-being. As Associate Director, Alexys supports the firm’s client advisors as they seek to enrich lives by prioritizing the human impact of wealth management and works alongside Coventry Edwards-Pitt to lead consulting engagements and immersive retreats related to their work.
Outside of her work at Ballentine, Alexys has shared her expertise on building inclusive environments and fostering deep connections at both local and national conferences. She is also a frequent speaker at her alma mater, the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where she addresses topics related to business and leadership.
Prior to joining Ballentine, Alexys was an Associate in the Deals practice at PwC. She graduated magna cum laude from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and minoring in Psychology. Alexys currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) Board of Advisors and its Young Professional Board.
She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Alex, and their dog, Remy. In her free time, she enjoys training for marathons, reading, and traveling the world.

Kate values collaboration, transparency, and the opportunity to learn from the organizations she supports. Her family office supports Kate in the due diligence of the foundation as well as managing the portfolio.

Christian Broyhill operates NextGen Journeys and seeks to bring important conversations regarding mental health and resiliency into family-owned businesses. She especially enjoys working with Rising Gen family members discerning their personal identity amidst their larger family success narrative. In addition to her work with families, Christian is a licensed professional counselor and maintains a private counseling practice where she primarily serves adults recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Christian is a graduate of Episcopal High School and Furman University. She possesses a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Denver Seminary. She has earned two advanced counseling certificates from The Allender Center, where she received training specifically related to group facilitation. Additionally, she has received a certificate from Kennesaw State University in Next Gen Family Enterprise Leadership. Christian has completed Moderator Training through the Young President’s Organization and has received accreditation to administer the iEQ9 integrative enneagram assessment. Passionate about empowering others, she enjoys talking with groups whenever possible and has been a featured speaker for the Young President’s Organization, Southeastern Family Office Forum, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Columbia Business School.
Christian has one daughter named Harbour. Her hobbies include singing with the Duke Evensong Singers at Duke Chapel and spending time outdoors.

Cody DuBuc is a fifth generation member of the historic media and journalism, Scripps Family. He serves on the boards of their single family office, private trust company, as well as their collective investment entity, where his responsibilities consist of overseeing compensation, operations, and performance of investments and strategies on behalf of his large extended family. Prior to his service, he studied English at both the University of Massachusetts-Boston and later Montana State University where he met his wife, Molly. They have made their home in the Boston area with their two sons where his wife is finishing her PhD in Developmental Psychology. They still spend time in Montana at their family home where they enjoy skiing, fly fishing, and the peaceful scenery

Prior to joining FWA, Brooke worked in the nonprofit sector in data management and strategic planning roles. Brooke received her Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Jim was previously the Vice President, Insights & Connections for Fidelity Family Office Services, a segment of Fidelity Institutional℠, where he delivered perspective and problem-solving across a wide range of family and office matters, such as succession planning, family dynamics, and parenting amidst extreme financial wealth. Through Fidelity, Jim facilitated multiple family office peer groups and created a high-impact peer cohort for rising generation inheritors to address the human impact of their family’s financial success.
In addition to numerous speaking engagements on topics ranging from the future of family offices to ways to ensure family heartache, Jim’s thought leadership includes his contributions to Reshaping Reality: Unlocking the Potential of the Single Family Office, Family Offices: A STEP Guide to Professional Advisors, and numerous articles in publications including the International Family Office Journal, Trusts and Estates Magazine, and the Family Firm Institute Practitioner. Before joining Fidelity in 2014, Jim was a partner at The Philanthropic Initiative, where he served as a philanthropy advisor and was responsible for helping families and foundations increase the impact of their giving and training family office executives and professional advisors to help their clients set and achieve their philanthropic goals.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He also holds the Advanced Certificate in Family Wealth Advising and the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute. Jim is a Family Firm Institute Fellow and has served as GEN Faculty for over a decade. Jim is a 21/64 Certified Advisor.
Mallory Findley

In this role, Mallory is responsible for the curation of new educational content, enhancing the financial education experience for clients and their families, and growing the Rockefeller Financial Education offering through both client-customized and Rockefeller-driven programs.
Prior to joining Rockefeller, Mallory worked for Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources Team within the Private Wealth Division. She has also held Wealth Strategist roles with Venture Visionary Partners, a New York City-based single-family office, and the UBS Family Advisory Team within the UBS Global Family Office.
Mallory earned a B.A. in International Business from Rollins College and her M.B.A. from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in an accelerated five-year program. She is a member the NYC YNG Program (YPO Next Generation).

Jennifer’s first introduction to the finance industry – working in public relations for a major retail bank – was perhaps unusual. But it taught her about communicating with clients and demystifying investing and gave her an opportunity to see how deeply personal, and often emotional, conversations around money can be. Her experience crafting client-friendly wealth management messaging for Wells Fargo spurred her transition to wealth management in 2014, when she began as an investment professional. Jennifer then joined LNW in 2016.
Jennifer’s primary goal is to help her clients live fulfilling lives by ensuring their wealth is managed and used in ways that are personally meaningful and values-aligned. Beyond investment returns and financial projections, Jennifer is also a 21/64 Certified Advisor trained to help her clients have greater awareness of the human and relational aspects of wealth – individual money personalities, family dynamics that subconsciously influence their beliefs about wealth, and personal values that motivate their decisions around how to invest, spend and give.

Amy has more than two decades of experience building high-performing individuals and teams that develop trust quickly, coordinate effectively, and build resilient relationships. She leads family members; high-net-worth advisors; business leaders; executive managers; and teams from Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits to innovate, lead, and work better together. Amy’s experience with The Walt Disney Company, Adecco Corporation, and Grant Thornton Management Consulting provides her with a strong foundation of leadership in organizations. Amy’s representative corporate clients included Microsoft, Swarovsky, Capital One, ABB, Welcome/Trust, and Equifax.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational psychology from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and a Masters in Somatic Coaching through the Strozzi Institute. Also, Amy completed a three-year business course with Hecht and Associates that emphasized the design of new offers and optimizing threats and opportunities in business. She is engaged in continuing education with Dr. Fernando Flores, focused on the dynamics of working on teams.
In 2020, Amy’s chapter, “Ladies, Take a Seat,” was published in a book titled Stepping into Your Power: An Embodied Approach to Developing Women Leaders. She frequently appears on podcasts; Motley Fool Rule Breaker Investing ranked one of her appearances among its top ten.
Amy is the author of Bridging Generations—Transitioning Family Wealth and Values for a Sustainable Legacy (2017).

He spent 15 years in financial services and leadership development before launching Total Family, a company grounded in the belief that if you help families, you help the world.
He’s a proud graduate of the University of Maryland and Canisius College and lives in Maryland with his family. Alex hosts The Visionary Advisor and Family Book Club podcasts and loves to golf and read—though not at the same time.
