The 2023 Fall Forum marks the 20^th Anniversary of the Family Wealth Alliance. In light of this special occasion, the Fall Forum will kick off with a black-tie gala on the evening of the 18^th. Family Wealth Alliance is partnering with Haute Explore to create a special experience for our members during the Gala that features luxury locations and properties.

Dress Code: The dress code for this event is business casual

Room Reservations Detail: 

• All reservations must be made by October 3, 2023. The room block may be filled before that date so we encourage attendees to book as soon as possible.
• Reservations can be made by either contacting the Club via email or by phone, Be sure to mention FWA  to receive the negotiated rate. Guests can either email: clubservices@ulcc.org or call: (312) 427-7800 to make their reservation.
• Rate:  $249.00 + 20% per night surcharge for a standard king or $269  + 20% per night surcharge for a double queen or $289 for a deluxe king + 20% per night surcharge.  There are a limited number of rooms available in each category.
• Billing:  Guests pay all charges. Credit card must be provided with reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Guests have until 3.00pm prior to arrival date to cancel without penalty. Late cancel / No Show charge: one night's rate.
• Check in time: 3.00pm. Check out time: 12.00pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed.

Where is this event being held?

The 20^th Anniversary Gala  will be held at the Union League Club of Chicago (65 W Jackson).

Is there parking available on site?

Valet Service is available at the Federal Street entrance of the Club or Self-Park your car safely and conveniently in the South Loop Garage, located one block south from the Clubhouse. Pricing varies. You may pay for parking at the Front Desk.

What is the Immersive Networking Reception on October 18^th?

Prior to the gala, attendees will have the opportunity to connect and network with each other and explore exciting travel opportunities targeted to UHNW clients. Courtesy of Haute Explore, several amazing travel prizes will be raffled off to event attendees. In order to qualify for a prize, attendees must attend the networking reception and complete a scavenger hunt to enter the drawing.

What is the dress code?

The Gala dinner is black tie/formal. Please remember convention rooms temperatures may not be to your personal preference, so come prepared with an additional layer. .
