Young Professionals Network Workshop: Leveraging Centers of Influence

Referrals are a key organic growth strategy for family offices. The ability to bring in new business is a skill highly valued by firm leadership, and one that can make young professionals stand out. While most referrals come from satisfied clients, referrals from other professionals can be a critical source of new business as well. Engaging key Centers of Influence (COIs) can be complex and time-consuming, so it takes a well-crafted strategy and on-target execution to build relationships that generate these referrals.   

Through this interactive session, you’ll discover how to build mutually beneficial relationships with CPAs, attorneys, outplacement professionals, and other trusted sources. Together the group will explore how to represent your firm as differentiated in a crowded field, how to avoid the most common pitfalls and obstacles in COI relationships, and how to increase the likelihood that COIs will refer their clients to you.
