Dr. Suzanne Peterson
Partner

Dr. Peterson advises senior leaders in a variety of Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, law firms, private equity funds, investment banks, insurance companies, and technology companies. She specializes in leadership style, relationship management, and communication as building blocks to influence and leadership effectiveness. Her clients have included Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Nomura, Charles Schwab, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Pimco, Elliott Management, KKR, Davidson Kempner, Latham & Watkins, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Dell Technologies, Borg Warner, Walmart, and Nationwide, among others.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Peterson regularly speaks on the firm's message of Admired Leadership® - a viewpoint that emphasizes the behaviors and routines that characterize the world’s most extraordinary leaders. She leads the firm’s newest practice, The Style Code - a practice designed to help leaders evolve their style to create executive presence, increase results, and strengthen relationships.

Dr. Peterson holds a BA in psychology and an MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California and University of Nebraska. She serves on the faculty of the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University where she contributes to executive level courses and corporate development programs. She has received numerous teaching awards and published in top management outlets, including Harvard Business Review.

A native of Southern California, Dr. Peterson resides in Scottsdale, AZ.

Rachel Hyman

Rachel D. Hyman is President and Managing Director of The Family Wealth Alliance (FWA). FWA members collectively manage over $1 trillion in assets on behalf of 120,000 client families. 
 
Under Rachel's leadership since 2019, FWA has quadrupled its membership, revenue, and team size while dramatically expanding its reach and impact. Her strategic vision has transformed firmwide member engagement, virtual and in-person events, best practice sharing, intentional peer connections, benchmarking, and industry thought leadership. 

Rachel brings over 30 years of distinguished experience building organizations and cultivating strategic relationships across public, private, start-up, and non-profit entities including E*TRADE and Oracle. She is a passionate catalyst across stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication and collaboration to drive impact at every stage of an organization’s growth.
 
Rachel earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her BS from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Drew McMorrow
President & CEO

Drew is President & CEO of the firm and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He also continues to consult with families on all aspects of their financial lives. In addition to advising on the more traditional areas of wealth management, including investment, estate, insurance, tax, and philanthropic planning, Drew leverages his consulting background to help families with their direct ventures and real estate opportunities. He also has a specialized expertise in helping families build and realize a vision for their foundation, integrating its planning with the family’s values, and helping his clients generate a sense of reward and accomplishment from their philanthropy.

Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Drew worked at Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised technology companies on their strategic plans. Earlier in his career, Drew was the Director of Business Operations at Oracle Corporation, where he directed financial and business analysis for procurement and distribution operations. Drew started his career at the Congressional Budget Office as an Analyst in the Tax Analysis Division.

Drew received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University, with dual majors in Economics and International Relations. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner. Outside of work, Drew is an avid swimmer who enjoys competing in long-distance open water swimming races. Drew and his family live in Carlisle, MA, where he serves as the town’s Chair of the Recreation Commission. Drew serves on the Advisory Board of the deCordova Museum in Lincoln, MA, and sits on the Governance Committee of the Trustees of the Reservation.

Jack B. Petersen
Managing Director

Jack Petersen is a Founding and Managing Partner of Summit Trail Advisors. As Managing Partner, Jack provides Summit Trail a stable and efficient business environment. Prior to founding Summit Trail, he was the Managing Director and Investment Representative in the Americas for the Wealth and Investment Management division of Barclays. Jack had joined Barclays in September 2008 as part of the acquisition by Barclays of Lehman Brothers Private Investment Management business in the Americas, a negotiation in which he played a critical role.

Jack was Lehman Brothers Global Head of Private Investment Management at the time, having risen to that post after joining Lehman Brothers in 2003, and holding the titles of National Sales Manager and U.S. Head of Private Investment Management. From 1993 to 2003, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and before attending business school, Jack worked as a Marketing Representative for IBM in Minneapolis.

John W. Sleeting

With over thirty years of finance and capital markets experience, John is uniquely positioned to serve a select group of successful ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the development and integration of estate and financial planning strategies, investment portfolio management, estate and wealth transfer strategies, strategic philanthropy and administration, cash-flow planning, risk management insurance solution structuring, as well as family governance and education.

AGS provides M&A consulting for firms seeking a partner, business management solutions for firms seeking to grow their business, and custom consulting for financial advisors in transition. AGS has consulted with 400+ firms nationwide representing over $900 billion in investable assets.

Prior to founding AGS, Mr. Furey was the Managing Director of strategic business development for Schwab Advisor Services™, where he was responsible for Schwab’s national program and sales efforts to attract new independent (“breakaway”) advisors. Mr. Furey is a recognized industry expert, thought leader, and a noted speaker at financial industry conferences. He is the author of numerous research reports and has been quoted in leading industry and national publications. Mr. Furey conceptualized and led aRIA (the Alliance for RIAs), an independent think tank of seven leading independent advisory firms that helped transform M&A in the wealth management industry. Mr. Furey has been recognized as one of the most influential people in financial services by Investment Advisor magazine (the “IA25”).

Mr. Furey earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the State University of New York and a master of business administration degree from Arizona State University.

Heather Ettinger

Heather Ettinger is the Founder and CEO of Luma Thrive, a boutique coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) women and the advisors that serve them. With over 35 years of experience as a trailblazer and leader at a top wealth management firm, Heather provides transformational coaching, keynote speaking, and consulting services. Her coaching workshops and cohort programs are grounded in The Lumination Process™, a trademarked framework that guides women in aligning their resources with their deepest values to create lasting personal and community impact. As a keynote speaker and through her consulting work with financial advisory firms and family offices, Heather guides new approaches and a relational client experience that resonates with niches of women and drives significant organic growth.

Heather is the author of the best-selling book Lumination: Shining a Light on A Woman’s Journey to Financial Wellness and has co-authored two influential Women of Wealth studies, shedding light on the unique needs of women in wealth management. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and Bloomberg. Her many accolades include Investment News’ “Women to Watch,” the “Icons and Innovators” award, The Ruth Bader Ginsburg award, and the Savvy Ladies Changemaker Award.

A dedicated supporter of her alma maters, Heather earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College and serves as an Emeritus Trustee for Laurel School for Girls. Heather has served on over twenty non-profit and private company boards, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and service across diverse industries. Her current Board work includes VestGen Wealth Advisors, Racing Towards Diversity, Women’s Leadership Alliance and StrongHer Money. Heather lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with her husband, Jeff. Together, they are proud to have raised three empathetic and community-minded children. She enjoys ice hockey, skiing, hiking, and reading in her free time.

Channing Olson

As Chief Operating Officer of Wealthspire’s Private Client segment, Channing leads the operational strategy and execution that power the firm’s client experience and advisor effectiveness. Her oversight spans Client Services, Advisory Technology, Data Operations, and M&A Integration – all united by a focus on building the premier advisor-client platform across the wealth management industry. 

Channing is recognized for driving business transformation through people, process, and technology. She has spearheaded multiple enterprise initiatives to modernize Wealthspire’s service model, integrate acquired firms, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes. 

A frequent speaker on the intersection of technology and human advice, Channing is passionate about harnessing AI and emerging tools to elevate how advisors serve clients. Her leadership has earned her notable recognition: she was named a Woman in Business winner by the North Bay Business Journal in 2019, included in their 40 Under 40 list in 2020, recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2023, named to InvestmentNews' Hot List of Financial Professionals for 2025, and was included in WealthManagement.com's "Ten to Watch in 2026" list.

Before joining Wealthspire, Channing led operations, technology, and integration initiatives across professional services and financial firms, developing a reputation for leading complex organizational change with clarity, collaboration, and measurable results. Outside of work, she is committed to community involvement in the Bay Area, is a graduate of Leadership San Francisco, and has served on several local charitable boards. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her young family. 

Alison DiLiberto
Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operations

As Managing Director, Head of Finance and Operations, Allison is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, technology and office administration. Prior to joining Altair, Allison was a Vice President in the Global Financial Planning and Analysis sector of Citadel and a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Magnetar Capital. She began her career at PwC as a Certified Public Accountant in the firm’s personal financial services practice.

She graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and went on to receive a master’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, economics, strategic management, and managerial and organizational behavior. Allison currently resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband, daughter, two sons, and their dog.

Brooks Lloyd

Brooks Lloyd has over a decade of experience in the wealth management industry providing strategic guidance to growing firms. As a manager at F2 Strategy, Brooks is focused on holistic technology and operational roadmaps that facilitate scale and efficiency. Executing on AI solutions has been an area of special focus for Brooks, whether it is identifying third-party vendors for partnership or leading proprietary development efforts for firms to address unique challenges they face.

Prior to F2 Strategy, Brooks oversaw the growth of Addepar's most strategic enterprise clients and worked at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank with ultra-high net worth families in the Washington D.C. market.

Mary Claire Allvine

Mary Claire Allvine co-founded Doyenne Wealth Advisors, LLC in 2022. By combining financial intelligence with emotional intelligence, Doyenne seeks to change the way of wealth. Doyenne advisors integrate client families’ investment, estate, tax, cash flow, charitable, and intergenerational plans to achieve their individual goals. Doyenne serves more than 170 families in 31 states, representing more than $3 billion of investment assets.

Prior to founding Doyenne Wealth Advisors, Ms. Allvine spent 25 years at another registered investment advisor in Chicago where she became the first woman and youngest equity owner. Ms. Allvine received an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, she co-authored a financial planning book for young couples entitled The Family CFO (Rodale 2004). She has written financial planning articles for several national publications and been quoted in the national media.

Personally, Ms. Allvine calls Atlanta home, where she and her husband, Doug, are almost empty nesters. Ms. Allvine sits on the executive board for The Merian Ensemble, a chamber group devoted to performing and commissioning works by women composers. She also serves as emeritus trustee for the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta while leading the Princeton Women’s Network in Atlanta. In her free time, she can be found competing in triathlons and trying to refresh rusty piano skills.

Jessica Beavers
Senior Vice President

Jessica is a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer with Sawmill Trust Company, where she brings extensive experience in trust administration, estate planning, and fiduciary services. She works closely with clients, advisors, and families to navigate complex wealth, governance, and legacy planning matters. Jessica is a recognized leader in the South Dakota trust industry and a founding Director of the South Dakota Trust Association, where she currently leads initiatives for the Education and Development Committee.

She also serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching coursework related to trust administration, estate planning, and fiduciary governance, reflecting her commitment to professional education and industry development. On a national level, Jessica has served as an Advisory Board Member for the American Bankers Association (ABA) Trust Schools, contributing to faculty development, curriculum design, and the promotion of trust education. She has also served on the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) Advisory Board with the Institute of Certified Bankers and contributed to the ABA Trust Letter Advisory Committee, an industry publication focused on current developments in trust and fiduciary law.

Jessica is actively engaged in her community, serving as an Executive Board Member and Foundation Board Member for Volunteers of America, Dakotas, and as a volunteer with Junior Achievement of South Dakota.

Randi Bellner
Managing Executive, Head of Strategic Planning and Development

Randi is a member of Gryphon’s leadership team bringing decades of executive level Fortune 500 experience. He is primarily responsible for creating and executing Gryphon’s growth strategies across marketing, recruitment, and advisor development. He is also responsible for providing strategic and operational thought leadership, performance, talent development, and execution of the Gryphon firm mission and key objectives.

An analytical and detail-oriented leader, Randi enjoys the strategy, collaboration and thought-leadership required to achieve successful outcomes. Most importantly, he is passionate about serving the wealth and life needs of clients as well as working beside others on the team to bring forth the best solutions. Randi has over thirty years of financial services experience. He was most recently a Regional Wealth Executive, East and Midwest U.S. at US Bank. When asked why he decided to make this career move he stated, “I wanted to be part of an organization solely focused on the wealth and life needs of their clients and families. I was very attracted to the leadership, the culture, the differentiating platform, and most importantly the client centric approach. The mission at Gryphon is very clear, to make people’s lives better, and I am extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with such an outstanding team.”

Randi is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has a B.S. in Finance and Financial Management Services. Randi’s charitable endeavors are focused on underprivileged youth and the arts. He resides in Indiana with his wife, Lori, and has three adult children. In his free time, he enjoys fitness and the outdoors, golfing, fishing, music, and the performing arts.

Laura Carr

Laura joined HB Wealth in January 2025 as a Shareholder after working with WMS Partners. As the Chief People Officer, she leads the firm’s talent and culture strategy, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace. Laura is a member of the management team and partners closely with leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and build organizational capabilities for long-term success.

Laura brings extensive leadership experience across operations, talent development, and organizational strategy, building high-performing teams and driving business growth. She has held senior executive roles at leading financial institutions, including WMS Partners and PNC, where she led firmwide operations, talent initiatives, risk management, and strategic transformation efforts. Her background combines deep expertise in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, culture-building, and leadership development, all anchored by a passion for creating thriving, people-centered organizations.

Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) and went on to receive her MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management.

David K. Plotts

David K. Plotts is the Director of Wealth Strategy & Family Wealth for Glenmede. As the Director of Wealth Strategy, he collaborates with clients, their advisors, and the Glenmede team to develop, implement and monitor comprehensive estate and financial plans for mutigenerational ultra-high-net-worth families. He is responsible for leading the Wealth Planning practice for Private Wealth clients across all regions and for setting the Wealth Strategy priorities for Glenmede’s client service teams. In the role of Glenmede’s Director of Family Wealth, Mr. Plotts leads Glenmede’s wealth management practice for entrepreneurial clients and multigenerational ultra-high-net-worth families. This includes the development and management of customized and comprehensive planning, administration, advisory and investment management services.

Mr. Plotts is a member of Glenmede’s Private Wealth leadership team and a member of the Private Wealth Operating Committee. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Plotts served as a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLPs’ Personal Financial Services group, where he was responsible for advising individuals and families on comprehensive wealth transfer solutions, business succession, and income tax planning. Mr. Plotts was also the Market Director of Wealth Strategy at Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth, where he was part of a regional client service team and was responsible for overseeing the planning process for key ultra-high-net-worth clients

Mr. Plotts earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Liberty University. He obtained the designation of Certified Public Accountant and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Mr. Plotts is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.

Austin Brockenbrough IV is the CEO of Brockenbrough, a respected investment adviser and enduring family business that has proudly served families and institutions for over 55 years. Under his leadership, the firm continues to successfully navigate the evolving industry landscape while staying true to the values and client-first approach that have defined its legacy. Taking the reins from his father, Austin Brockenbrough, III, who co-founded the firm in 1970, Austin has championed a variety of strategic initiatives that modernized investments and operations while maintaining the culture and integrity that are the hallmarks of the Brockenbrough brand.

Austin is known for his ability to balance legacy with progress. With decades of hands-on experience, he brings a rich and practical perspective to conversations about leadership, family business dynamics, innovation, and multi-generational success. He is particularly passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders in family enterprises and creating frameworks for sustainable legacy-building.

Austin earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business and a B.A. in English with a concentration in American Studies from the University of Virginia. He has a passion for serving at-risk youth and has a 25-year relationship with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond. Austin has served on the board of Child Fund International, one of the largest international child development agencies in the world serving millions of children in dozens of the world’s neediest countries. Austin served on the board of the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond for 10 years, with his last years holding the position of Board Chair. The Foundation is the largest community foundation in Virginia and the third largest in the Southeast. 

When not leading Brockenbrough, Austin is actively involved in community development, mentorship, and spending time with his family—nurturing the very values that continue to shape the company’s future.

Jack Ginter
CEO & Founding Partner

Having extensive experience that extends across ultra-high-net-worth wealth management and corporate banking, Jack Ginter is responsible for the firm’s overall growth and management, with a focus on optimizing the client experience and delivering exceptional client service. He takes a leading role in fostering strategic relationships, business development, and team building. At Callan Family Office, Jack builds on his three-decade career of creating and building complex businesses.

Prior to Callan Family Office, Jack served as president at Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s ultra-high-net-worth business, where he oversaw the merger of legacy family office businesses, which ultimately accounted for more than $50 billion in assets under management. He also served as interim head of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo in 2021.

In 2008, Jack joined Calibre, Wachovia’s ultra-high-net-worth management business and a predecessor bank of Wells Fargo, where he served as the regional managing director in Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he worked as the city executive for U.S. Trust in Philadelphia.

Jack graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He serves as vice chair of the board of directors for the Zoological Society of Philadelphia and was previously an executive advisor to the Wells Fargo Women’s Team Member Network.

She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Roanoke College.

Outside of work, Kara resides in Ithaca, NY, with her husband, two children, and three dogs, where she enjoys the many outdoor activities the region has to offer. She currently focuses her energy on the Life Is Good Playmaker Project because she believes play is fundamental to helping children heal and thrive. As Chair of the Board, she is proud to support this incredible organization, which equips early childhood professionals with the tools to foster resilience and optimism in kids facing adversity. Seeing the transformative power of play and positivity inspires her every day.
