Prior to joining FWA, Brooke worked in the nonprofit sector in data management and strategic planning roles.

Abby Newcomer is an associate managing director, where she works on equity-focused strategy, grantmaking, and donor collaboration projects with institutional, corporate, and family clients. In her time at Arabella, Abby has helped more than 50 clients design and launch strategies and new initiatives and run grantmaking programs on a range of issues, with a particular focus on education.
Abby leads Arabella’s collaboration and network-development services, has helped launch multiple large-scale early childhood education funding efforts, and has supported several grant makers to assess how they can more effectively fund college access and success and career-readiness efforts nationwide. In supporting collaboration, she considers participants’ values, goals, and preferences for engagement, and seeks to find common ground between donors’ interests and the needs of communities.
Recent examples of her work include directing an early care and education initiative that focused on transforming the early care and education workforce by increasing compensation and transforming educator preparation. She also led a major education funder’s annual grants program to enhance teachers’ leadership skills and expand teachers’ voices in policy and professional development. Abby is currently overseeing an initiative to develop a global network of organizations that focus on enhancing digital resilience among social justice organizations in the Global South.
Abby brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. Prior to joining Arabella, Abby worked at CLASP where she managed an initiative to connect non-traditional students to resources that would allow them to finance their education. She also advised institutional foundations and policymakers on human services and education policy and program development. She also conducted research and participated in advocacy efforts to improve economic conditions for families and workers, and guided policy efforts to improve coordination among public income and work supports programs.
Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Bates College, an MPP from the University of Michigan, and a graduate certificate in women in politics from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She volunteers as a tax preparer in the Boston area, where she lives with her husband and young son.

Her work is focused on multi-generational planning for global family offices with a focus on sustainable and impact investing.
In 2010 she founded Invest in Girls, a non-profit focused on financial literacy for under-represented high-school girls that works with over 6,000 girls across the country and is continuing to grow and expand through its combination with The Council for Economic Education.
Dune has been honored with numerous awards, including the Top 50 Women Leaders of Massachusetts, EV Kids Youth Champion Award, World Economic Forum’ Young Global Leader, Advisor One’s Top 50 Women in Wealth, and Boston Business Journal’s Emerging Leader. A frequent speaker, radio and television interviewee, Dune authored her own TEDx talk, “Jump to the New S Curve: Unleash the Power of Inclusion” and been quoted in financial journals as well as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Forbes.com.
Dune attended Harvard Business School where she received an MBA and was the recipient of a Summer Social Enterprise Fellowship in 2003. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College in Economics where she was captain of the nationally ranked Women’s Lacrosse team and received All-Ivy Academic Honors. She is a graduate of the Boston Center for Community & Justice Lead Boston Program, the Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Leadership in Energy Innovation and Environmental Consideration at Princeton University.

She leads teams across 12 states and is responsible for client engagement across the enterprise and helps to develop and execute upon strategies for delivering exceptional client experiences. She leads BMO for Women for the Family Office.
Meeta earned a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Business, Finance and Accounting from Hindu College, Delhi University in India. She also earned an MBE in Finance and Marketing from Delhi University in India. She is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and is currently pursuing the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® certification. Meeta has Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
She is on the WINGS suburban leadership council, on the investment committee of Barrington Area Community Foundation, where she has previously served on the Board; and is Chairman of the Laxmi Tara Public School in India, educating 1,400 under privileged students in rural India, Meeta was named a BMO Private Bank Platinum Award Recipient in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2022 and 2023 in recognition of her contributions to growing the business. Gayle has over 30+ years of Wall Street, technology, philanthropy, training, and professional speaking experience. She is a former mergers and acquisitions banker at JPMorgan. She led the capital/planning effort for the Cinema High School, the first public high school of its kind. She began her career at Sun Microsystems.

Nicole began her career on Madison Avenue in the advertising industry at D’Aarcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles. Following graduation from law school in 1996, she practiced trust and estate law with Morgan Lewis, before establishing her own practice in 2003. Throughout her career, Nicole also held a leadership role in her family’s closely held business in New York City.
