ABOUT YPN
The Alliance Young Professionals Network (YPN) exists to connect Family Wealth Alliance member firms’ rising stars under 40. Through curated programming, we foster personal and professional growth and provide networking opportunities that equip the next generation of leaders to excel in the family wealth industry.
Our mission is to provide a platform for these professionals to develop essential skills in areas like leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence (EQ) while deepening their expertise in areas like client service and business development. By cultivating a collaborative, peer-led community, YPN supports its members as they shape a vibrant future for their firms, their clients, and their own careers.

Note: The variety of YPN members’ roles and firm attributes necessitates that programming and content focus on leadership, communication skills, and professional development as opposed to technical training. While anyone under 40 is eligible, professionals in client facing roles tend to get the most out of the YPN experience.
