Topics discussed will include private asset platforms, investment technology stack, macro insight sources, cross-functional communication, team/compensation structures, goals-based investing, and so much more!

What is your organizational structure/roles on in-house research teams and compensation structure? How do you tackle relationship management with advisors? How do you build inclusivity in team, access, opportunity, and clients?
Top challenges (and strategies for) interfacing with the client services teams in your organization
What does your investment-related technology stack consist of (E.G., rebalancing software, performance reporting) and what are its pros and cons?
What impact is AI having on your strategy?
How have others constructed their private asset platforms? Do you have in-house pooled vehicles? If so, what is their purpose; what are the pros/cons; what providers do you use; how much do they cost to start-up and maintain?
