Looking Inward, Seeing Outward
A focus on talent
As leaders, we are always looking outward, positioning our organizations for sustainability and growth against an evolving market and competitive landscape. But successful leaders invest just as much time, money, and energy working on the inner dynamics of their business, the cornerstone around which everything else is built: their team. We invite you to join us at the 2021 Alliance Summit to spend some time looking inward at your personnel and purpose.
Leaders who take the time to invest in their people see growth in all other key performance metrics. Firms reporting high levels of employee engagement also reported lower turnover, improvement in quality of work, and higher levels of connection to the organization’s mission. Successful firms know how to foster an inclusive culture that inspires, empowers, and engages.
During this event, we will discuss finding top talent, cultivating true connections, building a thriving culture, and nurturing the future leaders on your team.
Topics include:
- Evolving Client Expectations
- Talent Acquisition
- A Panel of Young Professionals
- Purposefully Re-Imagining Your Culture
- Nurturing Your Talent
